- Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate apparel, or items marked as non-returnable, may not be eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges:
- You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- After the designated timeframe, we may not accept returns or exchanges, unless the product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
