    • Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate apparel, or items marked as non-returnable, may not be eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.

  2. Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges:

    • You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
    • After the designated timeframe, we may not accept returns or exchanges, unless the product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.

  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team or visit our Returns Center on our website.
    • Provide your order details, including the order number and reason for the return or exchange.
    • Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.

  4. Return Shipping:

    • For eligible returns or exchanges due to a product defect or an error on our part, VieRock will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange for a pickup at no additional cost.
    • If the return or exchange is due to reasons other than a defect or our error, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

  5. Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
    • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and the amount refunded will be the purchase price of the item(s) minus any applicable restocking fees or shipping charges.
